Jake Morin
Jake has a love for teaching and boiling complex problems down to their root cause to determine the most effective solution. During his career, he’s gained significant experience in many spaces including Residental, Commercial, Educational, Utility-scale Solar, Nonbuilding Structures and Historic projects. Jake is a self-described “Phoenix Suns Maniac” and an animal lover. When at home he’s busy raising his toddler with his wife who keeps them on the move. He is active in the community too, currently volunteering his time to teach children about structural engineering through local elementary schools. Jake is a small batch gin fanatic and loves judging a bartenders skill by their best shot at The Last Word.
Madhan Kumar K
Madhan began his career in 2004 after graduating with a Masters in Structural Engineering from the University of Cincinnati. Madhan’s extensive experience ranges from highway bridges, stadium renovations, multistory hotels, solar panel support structures, and telecommunications towers with projects in over 48 states in the United States and India. He travels back to India regularly where you can find him giving seminars and motivational speeches in the community. As a sports fan, in between trips you’ll see him keeping up with the latest cricket and badminton news.
Kelli Levasseur
Hailing from Michigan originally, Kelli is a licensed structural engineer who graduated with a degree in Civil Engineering from Michigan State University in May 2006 and began her career in the Phoenix area soon afterward. Her past work experience is wide and vast with history including custom residential homes, multifamily complexes, commercial interiors and specialized industrial projects. Kelli is a Michigan girl through and through, but met her husband in Arizona at the dog park and then relocated back to Michigan in 2012 to start a family which now includes 3 kids and the family dog.
